Overview
Three bundles, twenty-one skins and just as many champions are offered at a reasonable discount. On the one hand, there are a few interesting skins discounted sooner than regular sales are able to. On the other hand, the bundles may ask for purchases one didn’t want to make. Besides, it wouldn’t be surprising if those interesting skins went on to regular sales in the foreseeable future. Then, let’s go over the bundles and see how worth they are getting.
Big and Tall Bundle
Discount: 50%
Total Price: 9170 -> 4585 RP
Skins’ Price: 5170 -> 2585 RP
In general the skins are good but not everyone might be a great fan of each of these champions. That’s because some skins may be more appealing to dedicated fans, like Pool Party Renekton, Arcade Hecarim or Galactic Nasus. It could be said that AstroNautilus and Jurassic Cho’Gath are good enough to tempt casual fans.
Yet, the others could be unconvincing due to their funny angle, prismatic display or simplicity, respectively. In the end, the price is right but the compromises to get a few nice skins won’t be as worthwhile for everybody.
Yordle Overload Mega Bundle
Discount: 50%
Total Price: 18930 -> 9465 RP
Skins’ Price: 11040 -> 5520 RP
In principle, it’s a charming idea that gets dragged down by the skin selection and size of the bundle. So many skins mean that those without a yordle obsession will have to get something they don’t want. Even the inclusion of some legacy skins doesn’t change that.
It’s good to see Winter Wonder Lulu and Blacksmith Poppy back but Firefighter Tristana can barely justify its price; even on sale. Other highlights include Super Teemo, Arctic Ops Kennen and Dragonwing Corki. Regardless, how much are you really willing to pay to get a few nice skins? Because what you don’t want probably means a price increase.
What Does Ahri Say?
Discount: 50%
Total Price: 8460 -> 4230 RP
Skins’ Price: 4874 -> 2437 RP
Ahri may sing this time but in her past she’ll probably bark, howl and gekker like a vixen; literally. That aside this bundle may be the most interesting of the three. The five skins are well worth the expense and stand as some of the best that each champion has available.
In Nami’s case that isn’t saying much, though Koi is a fine skin, but for the others it means that there’s a lot to like. Understandably, not everyone likes all these champions equally but, for those that do, there’re good looks and early access to a discount on Headhunter Nidalee and Popstar Ahri. All in all, a good bundle if it suits your taste.

Hey zero awesome review like always!I wanted to get ur opinion on something.Do u think i should wait for astro nautilus to go on normal sale or shall i go full price?I like the skin a lot and I have skins from the other four champs in the bundle,skins that I like and have chosen out not random ones!Please assist me zeroooooo love youuuuuu <333
AstroNautilus was last discounted on April, 2013 so next month it will mark a year without a sale. If you can you should definitely wait a bit more as it’s a skin that has to be high on the list to go on sale. As always, sales can be unpredictable and there are skins without a sale for over a year. However, AstroNautilus is a 1350 RP skin and that’s a limited pool to choose from. We advice you to wait as it would be very strange if it doesn’t go on sale in the next month; at least.
After checking out some sale dates I reached a conclusion.Skins that havent been on sale over the last few months and have been featured on bundles usually get discounted in a few weeks after the sale just like we saw with shockblade zed and warring kingdoms xin zhao.Both went on normal discount around 2 weeks after their bundle sales.I hope Astronautilus is the same cuz I cant wait to buy it =) Please give me your thoughts on this my beloved zero <333 keep up the good work!!!
It also happened with Steel Legion Lux so it seems to be a pattern. Chances are that by April AstroNautilus will be on sale so, patience.
Hi Zero I wanted to ask ur opinion on smth:Right now I have exactly 1820 RP on my acc and am really between two skins.Astonautilus and Super Galaxy Rumble.As u know all of the particles and animations of the Rumble skin are already out and may only have minimal changes after this.Based on quality andtheme and splashart and how good the skins actually are not on their price which one do u think I should get?I want a one skin answer not pros and cons on both 😀 If I didnt like them I wouldnt be stuck on both so to a point I like them equally and even if u say to get the Rumble skin and the nautilus skin goes on sale later I will still get that aswell but I need an answer for now!I wont regret any purchase I make following ur answer so plz just help meeeeeeee <3333
We can’t really choose for you as both seem like good skins at reasonable prices and it might come down to personal preference. We’ll still reserve our final judgement on Super Galaxy Rumble until its released but, so far, it looks nice even if nothing really innovative. In other words, both skins provide good looks but the core of the champions is, more or less, left intact.
Have you considered if you prefer playing with a tank or a close-range mage? That would help you decide. There’s little doubt that Super Galaxy provides more features than AstroNautilus. If you want to get the most elaborate look then that’s your best choice. If you wait for an AstroNautilus sale instead, then you’ll have 1145 RP left which you may want to reserve for other skins.
If you really like both skins a lot then you should see how you can get them both. The best option would be to pick Super Galaxy at release and get ready for a sale on AstroNautilus. That way you maximize the time you have access to them and minimize the price. Just be sure that you’ll play them both.

Well talk about turning 180 degrees 😀 Instead of Super galaxy Rumble or Astronautlius I pretty much got reunited with my old fav champ Trynda 😀 I bought his legendary instead :d The new Rumble skin just didnt absorb me and his champ is VERY difficult to play and pretty much useless in the current meta so with a little help from your review I decided on Tryndmere’s legendary 😀 thx alot!!!

Super Galaxy Rumble is a nice skin but it seems like it only adds good looks. Sure, his appearance is attractive but the rest remains. Demonblade Tryndamere instead furthers his rage-fuelled concept with a touch of the supernatural. It only needs some extra refinement to really be fantastic, though it’s still good.
Oh and I forgot to say that Im veryyyyyy satisfied with my purchase and that I will still get Astronautlus on normal sale!!!
