Overview
Armour and more armour as well as an iconic uniform and a splash of fun are the arrivals to this weekend sale. Things don’t look as varied as they could but there’re some interesting products at the market. So, let’s give them a look.
Take into account that Pool Party Leona, Ziggs, Lee Sin and Renekton are also on sale. However, the sale announcement only displays Graves. Pool Party skins are supposed to be on sale until the 2nd of July.

Conclusion:
Simple and straightforward Pool Party Graves just prepares him for a water war. Besides the water shotgun there’s nothing noticeable except for the fact that water and headphones don’t mix well and a towel would be wasted. Regardless, the skin makes an acceptable adaptation even if there’s nothing groundbreaking. For its price, it doesn’t do anything remarkable but it’s a passable option.
Interesting in concept but disappointing in execution Crimson Elite Talon seems unable to manage the potential behind it. The idea of an elite Noxian squad is appealing but the uneven design of the uniform and the reluctance to separate the aspect from the classic one make the uniform fall short of expectations. It remains an interesting skin but also a flawed representation of the Crimson Elite.
Although modest Atlantean Fizz is a nice skin with a simple aim: suit both Fizz and Chompers in golden armour with an aquatic design. There’s nothing revolutionary in either concept or execution but the result manages a different aspect for both. The base is recognizable but the appearance has its unique style. Without doubt it’s a simple skin but also one that doesn’t ask for much of an expense. Thus, if you want something different for the Trickster this could be an alternative to consider.
At a glance Runeguard Volibear is the same bear but with brown fur wearing a rune-decorated armour. The idea of an Ursine shaman can be considered but the skin’s model doesn’t do enough to contribute in that direction. Fortunately, the new particles and also animations do. The glowing runes used during some of his abilities define a clear identity for the skin that salvage the theme and round it rather well. Even if the skin could’ve done more it’s quite a good choice for fans of the Thunder’s Roar.

Conclusion:
If your IP pool keeps going down and you don’t see a way of turning the tide you may need the assistance of an expert like Nami; but have RP ready. Lee Sin can also coach you with his meditation techniques but such classes also have an RP fee. Finally, Janna’s help can feel like new wind in the sails and as her IP price is rather low there aren’t any major obstacles to hire her.
Riding on a wave of her own creation Nami has found fit not to appear often at sales. Therefore we haven’t seen her River Spirit dress and we surely won’t find her Urf the Nami-tee costume soon either. At least she did visit with her Koi style this January; lest we forget about her.
Except from the Pool Party that Lee Sin organized this June and the one he currently attends, we haven’t seen the Monk since last year. In December he taught the way of the Dragon Fist, in November Traditional martial arts and in October the duties of an Acolyte. Perhaps Muay Thai lessons haven’t been well received as he hasn’t repeated them since June 2014; so by the end of the month it’s an anniversary.
We don’t see Janna much at the market and even less the mysterious Frost Queen; though he appeared this February. Perhaps she’s too busy fine tuning her Hextech gear; which she proudly displayed in July. What is sure is that her Tempest outfit doesn’t seem to be working as expected because it hasn’t been seen since February 2014.
