Conclusion:
The distinct design offered by River Spirit Nami certainly stands out and the bright particles support it rather well. There’s nothing groundbreaking to be found but there’s an appealing theme that is effectively executed. In the end, fans of the Tidecaller will find it an interesting option with a unique style.
In theory, Acolyte Lee Sin is some sort of apprentice but in practice it’s an unfocused though different aspect for the Monk. At its price, the model changes are sufficient but the unclear concept affects the execution. Fans of Lee Sin may find it an option with a style that departs from the usual but there’s better.
In spite of its low price Pre-Void Kassadin is an incomplete skin that only moderately changes his aspect yet never realizes its idea. Not only are the Void powers intact but his appearance isn’t much different from the usual one: the clothes’ design is identical and only their materials and skin colour change; besides the lack of a breathing device. All in all, the Void Walker has more interesting alternatives.

Conclusion:
An emperor has vast resources at hand but when most of them are sand it’s understandable to want to make some cash. Azir would gladly accept any RP donations and in exchange he’ll save you some IP. If you catch a glimpse of Kennen know that his hyperactivity has some uses: if you need to escape from IP then he’s the one; as long as there’s RP in it. The Seneschal is a determined warrior charging fearlessly into any situation. Xin Zhao isn’t concerned about riches; so his IP price is rather low and there’s no need to spend RP.
Emperor of the Sands and also of the Stars Azir’s domain extends beyond the deserts and well into the stars. If your interests lay beyond this realm then join the expectant masses at the market willing to join the Galactic Emperor in the skies. He’s never visited before but we are certain that he will, eventually.
Has anyone seen a lightning-infused yordle around here? We remember seeing him giving Karate lessons this August but they seemed to be quite intensive and, so, brief. The same happened when he went into Arctic Ops in May: in a few days it was all over but he was effective. Let’s hope that as a doctor he takes his time. In April 2014 Kennen M.D. took a quick look at his patients and diagnosed away but that’s something that has to be done in no rush.
Xin Zhao is a warrior in every situation so to know that in July he was involved in the Warring Kingdoms, in April with the Commando units and in January with the Imperial guard comes as no surprise. As the rest of his enterprises have become part of the warrior’s legacy know we probably won’t be seeing much of him in the foreseeable future; unless there’s our Secret Agent can unearth new information.
