Conclusion:
Fire and ice are the best choices in this sale. In the case of Obsidian Malphite, he exhibits a nicely polished body coursing with lava lines. His abilities also further the theme, some more than others, but in the end it’s a satisfying skin.
Frozen Terror Nocturne has a unique look that isn’t as obvious about its concept. Instead it strikes a balance between frosty nightmare and armoured wraith. He may look unusual but, on the whole, he remains an interesting choice.
Unfortunately, Acolyte Lee Sin doesn’t seem to know what it wants to be. On the one hand, he could be an unmatched martial artist monk. On the other hand, he’s simply too flamboyant and strange. In the end, the look is appealing but stays odd.

Conclusion:
Champion collectors will find Rengar an attractive purchase; especially if they want to avoid a good deal of IP farming. His only skin is Headhunter Rengar, which suffers from a few issues though it has interesting features. It should be discounted in some time but as new skins aren’t being offered recently there’s no need to rush.
Lee Sin may also be a good purchase to prevent gathering quite some IP. Besides, Muay Thai Lee Sin should go on sale before not too long; like the aforementioned. Additionally, Dragon Fist Lee Sin was on sale recently but Traditional Lee Sin will probably be discounted; as it was on sale only once and more than a year ago.
Finally, Olaf is better unlocked with pure IP rather than RP. He has a manageable IP price plus Pentakill Olaf will probably take a while to go on sale. At large, his other skins are nothing noteworthy so unless you have a serious Viking need IP is your best option.
