Overview
A collection of trending champions, a set of Void visitors and a group of duellists gather in three bundles with good discounts. However, are the assembled skins worth getting together or are the bundles unevenly organized? That’s what this sale overview is here for.
Worlds Most Wanted
Discount: 50%
Total Price: 9654 -> 4827 RP
Skins’ Price: 5246 -> 2623 RP
While all these champions are powerful and present an attractive premise the skins aren’t all that worthwhile. The highlights are Death Blossom Elise, Special Forces Gangplank and also Bioforge Darius. Dragon Trainer Lulu is nice but a bit expensive except for dragon Pix fans and Lord Mordekaiser is a re-model that should be at a lower price. None of the skins are bad but the really good ones can be acquired on sale so unless you like them all there’s no advantage to getting the bundle.
From the Void
Discount: 50%
Total Price: 9476 -> 4738 RP
Skins’ Price: 5090 -> 2545 RP
For fans of the Void this is a clearly uneven bundle. All in all, the skins are quite good; even Mecha Kha’Zix. In spite of being expensive it’s rather attractive. However Sonoran Kog’Maw has only its legacy label as a prominent feature. As a re-texture it is somewhat simple and certainly nothing noteworthy. This means that if you are interested in the other skins you’ll have to pay a bit extra for a skin that isn’t that good. Besides, if you are just interested in the most elaborate 1350 RP skins then the inclusion of a re-texture and a re-model implies an unnecessary extra expense.
1v1 Me
Discount: 50%
Total Price: 8844 -> 4422 RP
Skins’ Price: 4646 -> 2323 RP
In general, this bundle doesn’t include any bad skins but also it relies on re-models for the most part. Some skins have new particles and there are some really good skins like Redeemed Riven. Regardless, the theme selection is quite eclectic and so we have a skin with strong ties to a champion’s lore next to a contemporary joke and a literary reference. If you like all the skins it can be an option but there’s no reason to spend more if there are some that aren’t interesting. Regular sales will take care of providing discounts; eventually.
