Conclusion:
In practical terms, Pool Party Leona turns her into a beachgoer. The clothes are reasonable and she does look appealing but the parasol and board as weapons are preposterous yet not that funny. There isn’t much in the way of particles and sounds to justify the price; a recall alone certainly doesn’t. Therefore, this is a skin with wasted potential better left for dedicated fans of the Radiant Dawn.
Although unoriginal, Dragonslayer Braum keeps the core but changes the ice for fire. Both armour and shield are nice looking and the fire particles look rather good; the new sounds also help round the theme well. The main problem is that every aspect is recognizable but with a dragon-fire style. Fans of Braum will probably find the skin a fine alternative despite not deviating much from the classic source.
Essentially, French Maid Nidalee is a skin caught between a joke and a fetish. It tries to be funny and sexy at the same time and so accomplishes neither. The human aspect is clear thanks to the uniform but the cougar one doesn’t say much. In the end, it’s a skin that can be enjoyable and has a low price but the fetish is obvious while the joke isn’t.
The Twenties roar by the hand of Mafia Jinx. The liberal approach to battle of the Loose Cannon fits the flapper personality so that the style suits her well. The funny angle works for the most part even if her appearance could’ve been better realized. In the end, it’s a skin that offers a unique style with multiple additions. Therefore, fans of Jinx will find that Mafia is an offer they shouldn’t refuse.

Conclusion:
The creatures of the dark are no match for Lucian: he has honed his skill to make the most out of what little opportunity there is. So, if you are lacking in IP he’ll be able to help you; as long as you have the RP. The direct approach preferred by Skarner can also be of use when IP is a concern; if you have the RP he’ll take care of things. Finally, Veigar finds that his best laid schemes often go awry so he’s constantly plotting; which leaves little time for IP worries. Thus, his IP price is low enough that shouldn’t be an issue.
While the America Cup runs its course Lucian laments not being able to demonstrate his Striker skills again. At the very least his Hired Gun business seems to be working. At the beginning of June he even offered a discount on his services so promotion isn’t lacking.
Besides serving as inspiration for a prototype robot-tank Skarner is a scorpion proud of his crystal origins. That doesn’t mean that he’s trapped by them because this year we saw his Earthrune nature this very June. In April he also seen as a Sandscourge, a very dangerous desert scorpion, so it might be better not to tempt his patience.
This year we have only seen the apparition of Veigar as Greybeard. Such a disguise means that he’s cooking something. Last year he strangely visited as a Leprechaun in November which means that his strange behaviour has been noticed for some time. Whatever Veigar has in mind we can be sure that it’ll be something big; perhaps much more than what the Superb Villian prepared for last August.
