Panda Teemo aims to further the cute aspect of this yordle but the model looks strange and different to his yorlde physiognomy. The result is moderately successful but even considering the new particles it doesn’t do much that hasn’t been done before.
Piltover Customs Blitzcrank has a distinct look but the skin also shows its years. While it could’ve been legendary in the past by now it barely justifies its high price. In the end, it’s a nice and expensive skin so if you like it the sale is you best option.
Vandal Brand is quite straightforward so whether you like the skin will depend on your appreciation for leather clothing. It’s a skin that doesn’t go beyond looks so while they aren’t bad they are neither innovative.

Conclusion:
This week Nami and Ezreal are the best options to avoid farming IP. Malphite has a low IP price so RP is better reserved for his numerous skins. On that regard, Koi Nami was discounted not too long ago; on November. Moreover, Ezreal skins were also discounted: on December and September, Frosted and Explorer respectively.
Lastly, all of Malphite’s skins were on sale on 2013 but mostly on the first half of the year. Therefore, it’s quite possible that his skins will be returning soon.
