With a new year a new array of possibilities shines on the horizon. Another set of skins comes around as well so, let’s give them a quick look.
Mythic Cassiopeia has a charming Helenic style that heightens her graceful human side. Additional particles would’ve been the perfect finishing for the skin but they are absent. Still, it’s a fantastic skin that Cassiopeia fans will surely appreciate.
Barbarian Sion shares a common base with Hextech and Lumberjack. The result is a trio of very similar skins from which Barbarian may, barely, stand out. It’s undoubtedly a rather simple skin but it manages to convey its concept.
Spooky Gangplank is technically a re-texture but the glowing effect that surrounds the skin adds a fascinating visual element. The changes are modest and the concept far from innovative yet it’s a skin that becomes much more than the sum of its parts.

Conclusion:
With a new year come new interests and so IP farming finds a lot of competition for the available time. In case such an activity insists too much this week presents the option of punching it down and then burying it for a while. That’s because Vi and Yorick are the best options to escape farming. However, Morgana’s low IP price means that it’s better to reserve RP in her case.
As far as skins go, Neon Strike Vi was on sale last month while Officer Vi is too recent to be discounted. Yorick’s skins were on sale by the middle of the year so they might take a while to return. Finally, Ghost Bride Morgana still has a long wait ahead. Besides, Blackthorn, Blade Mistress, Sinful Succulence and Exiled were all on sale on 2013; though the last two in the first few months so they could return.
