Conclusion:
More Arctic warfare than anything else Woad Scout Quinn and Valor is a skin that has a distinct and appealing style for both characters. For fighting in low temperatures Quinn should wear a bit more fur and expose less skin. Nonetheless, the style suits them and the new particles and sounds help round the theme. All in all, it’s not a perfect skin but fans of Demacia’s Wings will find it distinct and attractive.
While very interesting in concept the execution of Blade Queen Lissandra fails at exposing the swift, lethal, metallic characteristics that the name implies. There are some good touches and, in general, it’s a wholly new aesthetic but the intended theme isn’t communicated; this results in a skin that lets down because of its lack of focus. In the end, it’s a passable alternative but much better is expected; especially due to the high price.
Heavily conforming to the classic base, Bilgewater Swain captures some of the intended pirate feel but doesn’t do enough to make it stand out. The clothes are reasonable, the parrot iconic but the missing limbs may exaggerate; though the missing leg fits him. Regardless, his raven counterpart is merely re-coloured so the implementation only goes so far. Considering its low price it’s an acceptable option yet there’re better albeit more expensive skins for him.

Conclusion:
Say a prayer to the Moon and she will send her avatar to your aid. Fleet and deadly, Diana will bring an end to your problems and that includes those related to IP; if you have the RP. As a protector Galio would gladly put himself between issues and you but if lack of IP is the problem then RP is the means to reach the guardian. Lastly, as a reanimated and brutal warrior Sion doesn’t pay much attention to IP; his IP price is low enough that it shouldn’t pose much of an hindrance, unlike him.
The Moon has its cycles and so does her avatar with regards to market presence. In April the Dark Valkyrie landed on the battlefield as well as a sale while in February a vision of the Lunar Goddess graced us with its divine presence. This means that Diana has not been wasting time this year but also that it’ll be a while until we see her again.
In defence of his ideals and others Galio has trained as a Commando and passed another one of his tests in January. Since then he’s taken time off and that includes the market. Even though he should also consider an Enchanted approach to battle he hasn’t put that into practice since April, 2014.
Even if he isn’t known for his lively attitude Sion isn’t oblivious to the advantages of a market. Thus, he didn’t waste any time in offering a Barbarian alternative to his usual style this May; in case his classic zombie self isn’t appealing. Besides, those that need a Lumberjack with a smile were fortunate enough to be able to hire him in January; at least the service was efficient. In spite of that, knowing well enough his past it shouldn’t be long before we see him as a Warmonger. He may have last appeared in August with such practices but habits are hard to fight.
