Conclusion:
Oktoberfest Gragas captures the best characteristics of the Rabble Rouser’s drinking passion. The appealing and iconic aesthetic gives the skin a clear identity that suits the core theme. For fans of Gragas, this is the best choice they can make.
With a burning body and powerful flames Scorched Earth Xerath turns the Magus into a pyromancer. The game-play upgrade had the unfortunate effect of practically turning the particles into a re-colour of the classic ones. Regardless, the skin still has a distinct appearance that fans will appreciate. Given the skin’s high price, the sale is the best time to catch it.
At a glance, Traditional Lee Sin is a simple skin. That’s true but while straightforward it’s also appealing as it effectively turns the Monk into a classic martial artist. Considering the low price and apt concept it’s an interesting option for fans.

Conclusion:
Bury the world in ice and also the farm: that way Lissandra is the best choice to save IP. Ahri’s charm isn’t a bad option either, she doesn’t save as much but it’s still a good amount. Kassadin, however, may be too concerned to care about IP: his price is reasonable enough so it’s probably not much of an obstacle.
Being a Blade Queen is not something to take lightly so it’ll probably take a while for Lissandra to visit a sale dressed as such. In the meantime, we can wait for her Bloodstone variant. It was last seen on June so a good wait is in store; maybe longer than that of the Blade Queen.
Tickets for Popstar Ahri’s concerts are always difficult to get so a sale is, understandably, improbable for now. The options we have left are her burning Foxfire style, seen on August, her Dynasty dress, seen on July, and her Midnight fur coat, seen on June. While her wardrobe is varied it seems we won’t be benefitting from discounts anytime soon.
The Void is a fascinating but also dangerous subject so Kassadin seldom has time to worry about his wardrobe. Still, this year managed to see his Deep One attire on June, his Pre-Void self on April and his Harbinger outfit on January. Not bad for a busy Void Walker.
