Underwater horrors, hard rock and camouflage get together in the weekend sale. Being this an eclectic selection let’s give a quick look at what’s on offer.
Deep Terror comes thanks to Thresh with a bit monochromatic appearance but a firm and attractive display of watery fright. Between the interesting model and particles it’s a skin that offers a unique style. Fans of Thresh shouldn’t let it pass.
Terrifying tunes come from Karthus’ band, Pentakill, as he displays looks worthy of a sold-out concert. The problem is that it’s just looks and they aren’t anything striking either. This results in a clear hard rock aesthetic that’s fitting yet unexciting. Still, for fans of Pentakill there’s nothing like Pentakill.
The furry Captain gets ready for incursions into enemy territory with his Recon skin. As a re-texture it delivers the theme but in a straightforward way. Fans of Teemo may find it a suitable addition to his wardrobe despite its simplicity.

Conclusion:
Avoid IP farming with a well aimed arrow as a giant arthropod keeps the target in place. The joint forces of Varus and Skarner make sure that whoever gets too close won’t have an easy wait out. However, Amumu has gotten quite close for a hug but they are running away from him. As his IP price is rather low he doesn’t contribute much to escape the farm.
On a different note, Blight Crystal Varus’ November sale means that his crystalline corruption won’t be spreading easily anytime soon. Fortunately, Arclight Varus provides a more hopeful future: being on sale on the beginning of June means that a return becomes more possible each day.
The crystal scorpion also faces a similar dilemma. His eye-catching Sandscourge self won’t be back in a while due to an October sale. On the other hand, the bucolic Earthrune construct counts the day for its return as its last sale was on April.
Last but certainly not least, if you are looking for a friend for life then don’t forget Amumu. Although, he won’t be your Little Knight or Sad Robot soon: they were on sale on October and September, respectively. Instead, it’s more probable that the reunion will allow an Almost-Prom King or something more emotional as an Emumu; due to the June and late March sales. That should cheer him up a little, maybe.
