iBlitzcrank is a skin that justifies its price with a sleek design as well as multiples particles, animations and sounds. Being on sale, iBlitzcrank is simply the best option for fans of the Steam Golem.
The lady of the sale is the Dark Child featuring an underdeveloped appearance that treads on dangerous grounds. The model changes are acceptable but the attractive tween angle might not be something for Annie. It’s a skin that offers enough for its price but what it does offer may not suit everyone.

If you are trying to avoid the IP farm then a good scout would certainly help. You can also just consume everything in your path with caustic fluids; if subtlety isn’t your thing. At any rate, Quinn and Valor along Kog’Maw are the best options to complete a champion collection. In the case of Dr. Mundo it’s better to reserve RP as his IP price is quite reasonable.
