Conclusion:
Full Metal Jayce steals the show this time; probably not by accident. If you like Jayce you’ll find that his armoured take reinforces all aspects of his theme and adds a more futuristic feel but without being out of place. Jayce’s fans, don’t miss this skin.
Viscero Xin Zhao is a classic gladiator look that not only fits the Seneschal but also reveals a part of his past. It’s a really good re-model with a recognizable and appealing almost retiarius look. If you like Xin Zhao, it’s a good option.
Siren Cassiopeia is a nice skin but isn’t really well developed to showcase its concept. While a siren and a mermaid are different things Cassiopeia seems based on the latter. Therefore, her sea snake look doesn’t really communicate the idea well but isn’t bad on its own; despite the simple lower body. There are better options but fans of Cassiopeia may find enough to like.

Conclusion:
Skarner is the choice to evade IP farming and get a rather original champion. His skins are quite good but he only has the ones from his release. Battlecast Skarner may still be a possibility but it’ll take a while. Additionally, Sandscourge and Earthrune were discounted last year so there may be a chance.
Vayne may be an option to escape from the farm; depending on your usual harvests. Besides, she has a good selection of skins yet Heartseeker was on sale recently. The other skins have a better chance of being discounted as that happened last year as well.
Finally, Xin Zhao is better unlocked with IP, as it’s not that much, but Viscero makes for a tempting combo. Warring Kingdoms will take a while to go on sale but the others haven’t been discounted in months; though they aren’t that impressive.
