Conclusion:
This sale has a rather even and unspectacular set of offers. Any of these skins is good; there’s no denying that. However, they don’t go an extra step to further develop their themes or provide something unique.
Nurse Akali is limited to being fetishism; sure, enticing and appealing but it doesn’t manage more. Thunder Lord Volibear is a full re-model but in essence it feels like a re-colour. It’s mostly the same classic style but with new colours.
Temple Jax has an interesting concept for the Grandmaster but the execution isn’t as well developed as it could. The clothes and weapon have a distinct Shaolin aspect but don’t deliver the feel or aesthetic of an unbeatable monk.

Conclusion:
Shyvana is the best option for those averse to IP farming. In addition to this, she has a nice set of skins available but both Ironscale and Darkflame were recently on sale. Boneclaw Shyvana hasn’t been discounted in a good while, so it may be another reason to consider the dragon lady.
On the contrary, both LeBlanc and Gangplank are better unlocked with IP instead of RP. In fact, you can get the two of them for the price of a single recent champion; like Shyvana. LeBlanc has few skins yet Prestigious is rather nice. Gangplank has more options but it will take some time for the impressive Special Forces to be put on sale.
