Conclusion:
This is a rather unusual sale due to having a couple of 520 RP skins discounted; which usually appear alone, when they do. Fortunately, price and quality are different characteristics as these cheap skins demonstrate.
Both Karate Kennen and Traditional Lee Sin are great choices that do a pretty good job at adapting the champions into their respective concepts. As martial artists the skins’ chosen theme is no breakthrough but they remain nice interpretations; especially if you like martial arts.
Pre-Void Kassadin is a skin that offers a very interesting look at the Void Walker before his change. Sadly, the skin doesn’t do much to elaborate on the rich idea: it’s just a change of clothes. As such, it may be worth considering only for dedicated Kassadin fans as there are better options available.

Conclusion:
Ahri is not only an enticing vixen but also a nice solution for escaping a good load of IP farming; especially considering the recent re-works. She also has a few nice skins in her repertoire so take that into account. In particular, Foxfire Ahri should be next in line as a new skin; though a discount may take a while due to the Freljordian upheaval.
Rumble doesn’t shine in terms of skins, even if they aren’t bad, and doesn’t carry such a high IP price either. He may be worth acquiring to quicken a roster completion but IP would be better if you aren’t in a hurry.
Kassadin does have nice skins but his IP price doesn’t justify spending RP better reserved for skins. Additionally, Pre-Void Kassadin isn’t the best representative of his skin roster so, if you can spare the wait, better rely on IP.
