The moral of this sale could be that kunoichis rule as Silverfang Akali and Nightblade Irelia aptly demonstrate. Both skins offer interesting adaptations of the theme with futuristic and fantastic interpretations, respectively. If you are on the lookout for stealthy ladies, then this is a great chance to catch a couple.
Ionia Master Yi is a skin with a nice concept but a subpar execution. The only worthwhile aspect is the sword with its magnificent design. Master Yi himself is barely modified from his classic look and seems like a mere re-colour. Truth be told, there are better options for the Wuju Bladesman.

Conclusion:
As far as IP-farming evasion goes Syndra offers a good helping hand. It also helps that Justicar Syndra is such a satisfying skin but its sale may take a while to come. Regardless, unless you want to spend RP in her skin, unlocking Syndra would speed the roster completion rate.
Kennen has a moderately high IP price; depends on your farming abilities. Good skins he does have but his best choice, Arctic Ops Kennen, could take a while to go on sale as it was on sale by the end of last year. It could depend on the suitability of arctic themes for the season too.
Lastly, Shen is better unlocked with IP thanks to his reasonable price. He has interesting skins so RP would be better put to use in unlocking them. If you are in a ninja rush it could help to unlock him but the difference in RP with recent champions isn’t high.
