Conclusion:
Geniality and madness are separated by a thin line, a line that these champions may have crossed; or not. If you also want to display your ingenuity then Mad Scientist Singed is your best option. There’s little more appropriate than a genius chemist putting his concoctions to good use. If you want to run around laughing maniacally as you show your genius, you can’t make a better choice.
That’s not to say that explosive mixes aren’t bad but Mad Scientist Ziggs’ thinking cap probably crosses the line. His goggles are also rather bizarre but it’s better not to argue with a genius. As a fellow scientist the look is passable, if largely unimpressive, but despite his peculiarities he delivers.
Finally, Mad Hatter Shaco simply embraces lunacy; though it could just be lunatic intelligence on display. Unfortunately, it’s obvious that the outfit is a modification of his classic style. Therefore, while the reference is nice the execution feels lacking.
Champions:

Conclusion:
Diana seems like an interesting option to alleviate farming but having only one skin is something to consider. Also relevant is the fact that Dark Valkyrie Diana practically opposes all that her classic style represents. It was on sale not that long ago, at the beginning of December, and it has its obscure charms nonetheless.
Singed and Shaco don’t really seem like good options for a purchase. Both have low IP prices and while they offer good skins, even having one each on sale, it won’t take long to unlock them.
