Conclusion:
Continuing with ice-inspired skins we have another trio on sale this weekend. Let’s give them a quick look.
Arctic Ops Kennen may not be explicitly cold based but that hardly a problem. The ice ninja aspect and distinct kunais make the skin unique and appealing. A touch of ice for his abilities would’ve been welcome. Still, this is a great skin for Kennen and one of his best.
Tundra Fizz choses a similar idea, new clothes, but to recreate a style that seems a bit preposterous for an aquatic being in a battlefield. The orca theme is good but the overall style is neither serious nor really funny. It’s not a bad choice for Fizz but far from astounding either.
The last skin is Glacial Olaf a simple re-colour with some extras. In practical terms, it’s just blue Olaf as there isn’t much that can be considered glacial. If you like this colour scheme then the skin delivers but it doesn’t offer much more.

Conclusion:
The frost even reaches the champion selection with the precarious alliance of Lissandra and Trundle as the best option to avoid IP farming. Anivia can be an option if you are really averse to farming but her IP price is reasonable.
In terms of skins, Bloodstone Lissandra still has fourteen skins queued before her to reach a sale. In Mr. Troll’s case, Lil’Slugger was on sale on August and Junkyard on May. The latter could return but, with so many skins, it’s just a guess.
As for our avian friend: Hextech, Noxus Hunter and Bird of Prey were all discounted in the second half of 2013; Hextech in November. Therefore, there isn’t much reason to rush in unlocking her. Even if Blackfrost is to your liking you can calmly gather IP. The only exception is if you’d like to get Team Spirit on February 2014; though there’s time.
