This week sale may not have the best offers to get in the mood for Harrowing. Nonetheless, the set of skins is quite good so let’s give them a look.
For many, the wait is finally over: Steel Legion Garen is at last discounted. As an expensive skin the sale is a welcome opportunity. Specifically, as the skin provides an attractive sci-fi concept coupled with an extensive amount of features. Garen’s fans won’t need to think twice to acquire this skin and others are advised to consider this chance.
Not as spectacular as Spirit Guard but equally satisfying is Primal Udyr. The changes are evidently modest in comparison to its ultimate alternative. However, the skin shines with a distinct personality. It’s without doubt a very appealing skin at a reasonable price and remains Udyr’s best option.
The last offer is the most suited for the event at hand. Spectral Fiddlesticks is straightforward in concept but cleverly implemented. At a glance it’s a mere re-texture but his constant glow is what sets it apart. The result is a very charming skin with a low price. Thus, it’s a perfect option for this Harrowing.

For this creepy week the options to avoid IP farming are hardly spooky: Zac and Rumble are the choices to speed up the completion of a champion roster. The former saves the most IP but the latter is also a good choice; unless you are able to amass large quantities of IP.
As far as skins go, Special Weapons Zac will probably take a good while to go on sale. Besides, Bilgerat Rumble was discounted this year already. The only possibility is Rumble in the Jungle which wasn’t discounted since last December; though patience is suggested anyway.
Finally, while Nidalee is surely an attractive choice her reasonable IP price means that it’s better to reserve RP for her skins. Headhunter Nidalee will take some time and Pharaoh along with French Maid were on sale on 2013. However, if Bewitching Nidalee is on your sights then this sale could be useful for when it becomes available in Harrowing. Although it shouldn’t take long to gather enough IP, it’s always good to have a backup plan.
