Overview
A master of martial arts, an explorer of the cosmos and a queen of the sands appear in this week’s sale. Not as Christmas flavoured as could be expected but certainly interesting, let’s see.

Conclusion:
Fans of Hong Kong martial arts films will recognize the inspiration behind Dragon Fist Lee Sin. The new animations and sounds added to the model make the skin stand out and better realize the theme. If you are a fan of Bruce Lee then this is the skin you need.
In spite of the high price AstroNautilus is an appealing skin. The model is attractive and the new particles and animations enhance the skin. At a glance it may appear like a simple skin but with time it reveals its charm. If you give it a chance it shouldn’t disappoint.
While modest Pharaoh Nidalee is an effective Egyptian-based skin. As a human Nidalee is clearly stylized and as a Siemese cat a huge, adorned feline. However, it all works quite well to communicate the theme. Considering its price and fine execution fans of Egypt will find it a great option.

Conclusion:
Darius knows how to cut many things with his axe, heads included, and cutting on IP expenses is another one. Kog’Maw can, surprisingly, put his caustic talent to that end too but with less effectiveness. Finally, Katarina is more concerned with unleashing a barrage of blades so her reasonable IP price won’t be such a difficulty to hire her.
In August, Darius enjoyed life as a Woad King and it was a good way of forgetting his problems as a Lord in May. This also tells how much Darius prefers aristocracy to experimentation because he hasn’t worn his Bioforge suit since October 2013; there’s probably a good reason.
As a new addition to the Battlecast line Kog’Maw clearly prefers natural alternatives. In September he looked like mere Jurassic bones but he’s recovering now. Hopefully he’ll soon be fluttering like a June Monarch and performing a Lion Dance in January; as he’s done this past year.
Much more than just a Slay Belle, Katarina has showed time and again that she’s strong like an August Sandstorm and also more efficient than a well paid Mercenary. Of course her activities take her away from the High Command; which she hasn’t visited since April. However, there could be more behind that. Something may be happening because she hasn’t visited Bilgewater since July 2013 and that’s strange for Noxians.
