An interesting set of skins is offered in this sale. The three of the skins are all quite good and provide different themes backed by fine executions. Let’s give them a look.
Bladecraft Orianna coats her in leather and porcelain making a rather attractive contrast of colours. Moreover, the golden decorations nicely finish the aesthetic and make Orianna quite pleasing. Also, the new Ball affects her abilities; which is always a plus. In the end, it’s a skin that has really nice looks so it would appeal to any Orianna fan.
Super Teemo doesn’t need much of an introduction. As a joke skin it asks for suspension of disbelief yet it also works to sustain its charm. The Move Quick animation and sound nicely add to the superhero theme and make the theme more satisfying. All in all, it’s a good enough skin with a distinct identity.
Noxus Hunter Anivia may have a humble concept and implementation but the end result is surely good. As an armoured battle bird the skin adds a layer of depth while retaining the whole of Anivia’s identity. Truth the told, the changes are moderate but the price is quite sensible. Ultimately, fans of Anivia will find it a nice alternative to her classic style.

Conclusion:
In terms of champion roster completion, the best aid this week is the one that comes from the sea. Nami not only helps in lane but also to avoid a good deal of IP farming. On top of that, she also offers a degree of eastern style: Koi Nami hasn’t been on sale before and should be discounted soon. If you are a fan of mermaids, then Nami offers some fine reasons to pick her.
If you need some order and justice then the Sheriff of Piltover can lend you a hand. Unless you habitually gather a lot of IP she would help avoid farming a good amount. Besides, she has a varied selection of skins; of which only Officer and Sheriff were discounted this year. So if you want to enforce the law from a distance, Caitlyn is your sharpshooter.
Finally, while Gragas may spend vast amounts in his drinking habits he doesn’t ask for much to lend his services. Seeing as his IP price is rather low there isn’t much reason to purchase him. Additionally, all of his skins have already been on sale on 2013 so even if you fancy a drinking partner there isn’t much reason to rush.
