Overview
Three new skins, returning legacy skins from four previous Harrowings, five new bundles and a handful of legacy wards. The returning skins are a nice sight and the same could be said about the wards; if you are part of the appropriate crowd.
The bundles are mostly an arrangement of skins under certain themes that forgo relevant discounts in favour of adding a few icons or wards. This makes them a bit inefficient as a way of getting skins at a lower price as you’ll simply spend less by buying the skins individually; provided you own the champions and don’t care about the extras.
If you like all the skins in a bundle and also the idea of getting icons or wards with them then there’s a small discount that goes with it all. In this case the bundles can be a good option. The fact that the price is flexible means that everybody can benefit.
However, if you just don’t care about the extras then individual purchases not only allow getting what you specifically want but also reduce the total expense. In case there are skins you don’t like from a bundle then the situation is practically identical. As the discounts are rather low anything you don’t desire quickly eliminates the little saving offered.
Take into account that neither Haunted Zyra nor Officer Vi, the Harrowing 2013 skins, are legacy. Therefore, they can perfectly be bought for half their price at a regular sale. For this reason, the Haunter Horrors and Cataclysmic Cosplayers bundles aren’t the ideal way of getting them.

I think that most of your ratings are great buy why only give the Jinx skin a 2 star rather than a 3 or 4 star, accounting that all of her particles and animations are changed
Her particles and sounds are different but the animations haven’t changed as far as we know; only for Switcheroo! and recall. Besides, the new particles and sounds as well as her apperance, are somewhat similar to her classic style. For as skin at 1350 RP much more has to be delivered to make the theme special. The zombie huntress concept is too thin and there’s little that clearly identifies the message of the skin.
If the skin were cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad that the skin doesn’t feel different to Classic. At its price there’s simply no excuse for a skin not to deliver a lot if it asks for a lot of RP. As we see it, Slayer Jinx has clear and obvious flaws. It still can be an enjoyable skin but we recommend giving it a good look before buying to avoid a disappointment.
