Conclusion:
As mostly a full re-model Nurse Akali is a skin with evident appeal; that is sex appeal. The clothing is eloquent though stylized but the classic kamas make little sense. The result has its charm but for its price the skin should offer more than a fetish. In the end, it’s a nice looking skin but too expensive.
With new particles and sounds Soulstealer Vladimir exchanges blood for spirits and makes his identity draw from a deeper source. The problem is that the transformation is incomplete and evidently so. The lack of new animations reminds of his classic style but his voice-over plainly contrasts the new theme. The result is inconsistent and the soul theme feels superficial. As it reaches a sale it might be an option for Crimson Reaper fans as long as they can excuse the limited execution.
For what it is, Bandito Fiddlesticks is an acceptable skin. The model changes are measured but noticeable yet the result is nothing more than a costumed scarecrow. Given the theme’s contexts it’s a possibility but nothing appears to take the skin into excellence. At its price, it’s a feasible alternative despite its limitations.

Conclusion:
When IP becomes scarce you can either jump over such an obstacle or crush it with a heavy fist: your choice. In the case of Gnar it depends how moody he’s at the moment but, one way or another, he can help save IP for enough RP.
Strength is all that matters and if you don’t have enough IP to be well equipped for battle then fight with your bare hands but you will fight. If you insist, Sejuani can assist you but you better have your price in RP ready to compensate for your lack of diligence.
The blades fly and cut down on any doubts: Katarina is not to be messed with. You think you are fast? Try to outrun a dagger, go ahead if you want to live. Business, you say then be quick with it. Katarina will gladly help you with those, let’s say, obstacles you have, and it won’t cost much IP even: she enjoys her job; a lot.
Making his first steps into the market everyone holds in their best interests to make Gnar’s stay comfortable. According to his growls and grunts he’s still doesn’t understand where exactly he is but we are getting there; slowly. With much patience and explanations we may be able to make him understand why a sale on his Dino costume and Gentleman suit would be useful. With much patience so, for now, we have to wait.
This August we gave a warm welcome to the returning Bear Cavalry. Sejuani has made a name for herself with her ability to ride though she has a tendency to name all her mounts the same; strange. That’s no real issue as she’s very effective in all cases. She can make an explosive entrance just as easily as she can inspire dread with her Darkrider armour. She hasn’t terrorized armies in that guise since July 2014 but she’ll do so soon; we hope at least.
It’s not yet time for Warring Kingdoms stories but Katarina surely has a lot of anecdotes to tell. Has she ever mentioned when she stayed with the troops after the High Command fled like cowards? Yes, she did this August and it goes to show just how brave and dangerous she is. She’s told other stories this year too: in February she spoke about her Mercenary days; left behind for the most part. In January she also told some of her Bilgewater tales. Most visitors fear the port but with her the other way around is true. She surely has a lot of interesting tales to tell and we eagerly await more of her Sandstorm adventures; she hasn’t said a word about them since August, 2014. Perhaps she’s still trying to throw serrated scimitars without much success.
