Conclusion:
In spite of having an appealing concept Bilgewater Katarina doesn’t offer enough for the price it asks. The implementation only modifies his classic style and not in an extensive way. It’s an alright option but the Sinister Blade has better options.
Once a great skin, the game-play update took care of homogenizing its quality with the rest. Creator Vitkor is an interesting idea but its particles are now quite similar to the other skins and don’t stand out as much. It still has some nice additions but if you aren’t a dedicated fan of the Machine Herald there are cheaper alternatives.
With a simple but clear set of new textures Jack of Hearts Twisted Fate manages a new heart suit style. The changes aren’t elaborate but, for its price, it’s reasonable. If you like the concept behind the skin the sale is the best time to catch it.

Conclusion:
Zyra’s botanic knowledge gives her an advantage when it comes to avoiding IP farming. Nonetheless, Vladimir’s hemomancing also manages to help save on such a vital commodity. Sona’s IP price, however, it’s reasonable so many will find that enjoying her music isn’t such a difficult ordeal.
We’re still awaiting the eerie Haunted Zyra to reach a sale even though her Officer colleague already did. Wildfire Zyra was seen last December so it’ll take a while to return.
As his Soulstealer powers are still too new to be discounted Vladimir has limited himself on 2014. He was a Count on June and a Vandal on February and that’s all. The only thing that is trailing behind is his Marquis suit; since October 2013.
Sona was active this past 2014. On October she played at the Arcade, on July with Pentakill and on March with her Guqin. This last one might return for this year’s Lunar Revel so it’s worth keeping the eyes open and the ears attentive.
