Conclusion:
To appreciate Heartseeker Vayne you have to, understandably, throw realism away. If you embrace the spirit of the skin it’s an appealing option that tries to be charming with floating hearts. It’s something different and light for Vayne but if you prefer a serious Night Hunter then this may not be for you.
With an impressive array of new particles, animations and sounds, on top of a fine model, Full Metal Rammus is an excellent skin. It effectively implements an elaborate and interesting theme in a great way. Fans of Rammus and robots shouldn’t miss it.
Casual clothes for the Blade’s Shadow and we have Renegade Talon. It’s a contemporary street-based look that works but doesn’t try much either. If you like what it offers it delivers but what you see is all there is.

Conclusion:
The best option to avoid farming IP is Elise and her deadly webs. Trundle is not a bad option either but the lower IP price can make a difference. At any rate, there’s no need to spend RP in Malphite as he doesn’t need much IP to be hired.
Since August 2013 we haven’t seen Elise and her lovely Death Blossom. For some reason she shies away from sales so things just aren’t right. As her Victorious armour is out of reach this year seems too devoid of webby queens.
This year we had a visit from the Junkyard as Trundle passed by on March with his latest findings. Strangely, he didn’t have a bat with him. That could explain why the Lil’ Slugger hasn’t been around since August 2013.
Malphite is truly a rock of many facets. After all, we saw him with a Glacial visage on July and a Marble face on June. He was also clean as Obsidian in April but mossy Shamrock in March yet vivid as a Coral Reef in February. That’s quite some variety.
