Conclusion:
With a nice new dress and firework-inspired particles Annie aims to become an expert in pyrotechnics. That’s all quite good but Tibbers new look is what really makes the skin special. The fireworks may not impress but the new models surely make Panda Annie a great skin.
In spite of his clothing approaching monk robes the appearance of Acolyte Lee Sin is rather exotic. It feels different but also seems to lack focus. What is the outfit trying to communicate? In the end, it passes as a rather unusual take on a martial artist monk.
Bright armour and equally good weapons make Poppy appear quite battle ready. The concept is a great fit for her and the colourful aspect matches the fantasy theme. This makes Battle Regalia Poppy a skin that works in both concept and execution. Add to that the low price and no Poppy fan should ignore it.

Conclusion:
For avoiders of IP farming let the thorns embrace the hard work: Zyra is the best option. Of course, having the farm on your sights can help skip it so Caitlyn is an alternative; albeit not as good. The Master of Evil is better left to his scheming. Veigar doesn’t need much IP for his plans so he won’t be much of a problem in that regard.
Not since July 2013 have we seen Zyra spread her seeds like Wildfire; which is a letdown. Fortunately, her Haunted presence should be appearing soon as Harrowing approaches. Still, one can only hope sometimes.
Being part of the Resistance hasn’t been easy for Caitlyn. In August she was away in Arctic Ops and then more battles. As if she could take holidays from being a Sheriff, just consider how peaceful it was on March with her around. Maybe that’s why since September 2013 she hasn’t returned to her post as an Officer. She needs a rest but crime seems to not need one.
Master of Evil but with a fashion sense. Right after Baron Von Veigar paid us a visit we notice that the Superb Villian was also around in August. These appearances must mean something. After all, why come with a Greybeard on July and disguise as a Leprechaun in March. It’s obvious that Veigar is up to something.
