Overview

This weekend we find the sale includes a grenadier, a steaming bird and a uniformed bounty hunter. It seems sales have become militarized now so sir, let’s go, sir.

Conclusion:

With classic uniform and re-coloured bombs Major Ziggs realizes the army style well. The look is nothing outstanding but it delivers what it promises. Fans of Ziggs and army skins might want to give it some consideration.

The steampunk aesthetic is no longer anything groundbreaking but it’s still appealing; especially in this case. Hextech Anivia displays a complex model that, despite the classic frost particles, is quite pleasing to behold. If you like Anivia or steampunk then this is a skin not to ignore.

A French solider uniform can be interesting clothing but Waterloo Miss Fortune doesn’t try hard to implement it. The clothes are an obvious adaptation from her classic look and the result is as stylized as it could be. Those looking for a more militarized set of clothes will find what they are looking for but not more than that.

Conclusion:

This weekend the best option to avoid farming IP is to rely on cute little Hecarim; the Shadow of War will charge into the fields and devastate. Also worth considering is Shyvana and her flaming descent; though her flames could become a bit of a problem. What isn’t a problem is Amumu, even though he may feel lonely his low IP price means that it’s easy to make him company.

In terms of looks we notice that Hecarim has been quite silent this year; Arcade visits notwithstanding. His Blood Knight armour was last seen on October and his Reaper outfit on September. Thus, except for his Harrowing Headless romp there’s nothing confirmed.

As a busy dragon-lady Shyvana has been hovering around sales as well. Recently her Ironscale was discounted, on July her Ice Drake gear and on January her Darkflame. Only her Boneclaw has been ignored, since July 2013, so we can only wait in expectation.

Everybody likes fashion so Amumu tries his best to stay up to date. For instance, this July he offered his state-of-the-art Sad Robot self. That’s not all as on June he became an Almost-Prom King and on February Emumu. Looking further back we find on October a medieval Little Knight too so that should show his versatility. At least, no one can say he’s not making an effort.
