Conclusion:
Imperial Lux feels like a second try at Army Lux and the result isn’t bad. The new model is nice with clear colours and an interesting aspect. However, her new face makes her look like another person. In the end, Imperial Lux is a good skin for her fans if they can excuse its peculiarities.
Northern Storm Volibear is a simple skin with straightforward but noticeable changes. His fur colour is now black and the armour is completely different. The result is far from innovative yet it’s distinct and appealing. At this price, it’s a nice option for fans of Volibear.
Dryad Soraka is a humble skin that does little more than alter her look to a greener tone. There are some additional changes but, for the most part, it can be considered Green Soraka. Fans of the Starchild might find it of interest despite hardly recreating its concept.

Conclusion:
Farming IP, the bane of many and the fury it can generate. Some would gladly put an arrow somewhere inconvenient in the body of whoever had that bright idea. For those people, consider hiring Varus. Another option is to go face to face with that person and tell them what you think about it all. In that case, a protector like Leona can ensure your safety; though you’ll be near danger. The final option is to hire somebody with a tortuous mind to carry your evil master plan. Veigar is an expert in that regard but, considering his low IP fees, there’s no need to spend RP.
When it comes to looks, we find that Varus has been trying to get rid of his Blight Crystal for a while. Last time, on November, he discounted the price to half. He also put his Arclight on sale at the end of May, 2013 as well; so it seems like he’s having problems keeping his corruption on check. Maybe the one year celebration of no-sale-Arclight will cheer him up.
Not long ago, Leona offered her Defender services at a discount. At the beginning of March she was an affordable Valkyrie but it’s been a good while since joining the mysterious Iron Solari was made cheaper. Perhaps next July, as the fee reaches a year at its normal price, things will change.
Veigar has been accused of many things, from being a Bad Santa to a Leprechaun. But, when he offered a cheap pot of gold on March nobody said anything about his evil plans. That’s because something is up with him, in November he disguised with a Greybeard and who knows what he found at the Unseen University. We should get ready as we can be sure that if Superb Villain Baron Von Veigar has been absent since June then something serious is being cooked up.
