Conclusion:
Join the gang with Vandal Gragas, which might be one of the Rabble Rouser’s best skins. Not only does the concept fit his unrefined manners but it also provides a good frame for his alcoholic aggression. Add to that the new particles and cask pumping and it’s a skin with personality. Fans of Gragas shouldn’t miss it.
Flashy pyrotechnics and a fancy, furry friend come by the hand of Panda Annie. Between Annie’s nice outfit and Tibber’s fantastic style the skin delivers great looks. Sadly, the particles, while interesting, aren’t as eye-catching as one would expect. Regardless, it’s a great skin that fans of the Dark Child will certainly enjoy.
The champion of the ring is no other than Boom Boom Blitzcrank. The skin accomplishes the boxer idea but without exerting itself. Not all of the changes are significant and the gloves seem like the only standout. All in all, it’s a fitting look for the Steam Golem but rather simple; even for its price.

Conclusion:
If you want to avoid IP farming then embrace the Void or yield to fury; that is, join Kha’Zix or Renekton in a rampage that will erase all IP farms from existence. A feasible alternative is Rammus but it shouldn’t be too much trouble to reach his IP price.
Moving on to looks, Mecha Kha’Zix was on sale last July. A reasonable amount of time has passed since then so another sale is a possibility. On the contrary, there’s a lot of competition to reach a sale and some skins haven’t been discounted for over a year. Therefore, it might pay to play it safe but chances are that patience will be necessary.
The Butcher’s wardrobe has been visited recently so not all options are open. Firstly, Scorched Earth Renekton is too new, Outback was just discounted and Rune Wars was offered on October; which wasn’t that long ago. Conversely, Bloodfury surfaced on August and Galactic on May so they have a better chance of reaching a sale.
The Armordillo fares similar to our scaly friend: Ninja Rammus was on sale over last weekend and Chrome on January. Things look better for the appealing Full Metal skin as it appeared last July. Also, Freljord was on sale during May so that’s another one to consider.
