Conclusion:
If Ear Parties are bound to come up with such nice sales then we should claim for many more. While all the skins are great options Cottontail Teemo stands out due to its funny concept and awesome implementation. Hardly has a yordle come closer to a fluffy bunny so if you like to hop around the battlefield there’s no better choice.
In the case of Valkyrie Leona she sports lighter, than usual, but nonetheless reasonable armour. The look manages to adapt Leona as a more fantastical warrior without falling in revealing and implausible outfits. Considering its price, there’s really little reason to ignore this offer.
Finally, Battle Bunny Riven is a nice skin and while it tends to favour the comical aspect of the theme the Playboy Bunny concept is its core. Thus, it becomes a polarized skin that can be quite funny yet a bit uncomfortable to carry around. In the end, it’s a great choice for Riven’s fans but its nature may to appeal to everyone.

Conclusion:
Riven seems like the best choice for anti-IP-farmers and Battle Bunny Riven is hardly a bad backing argument; not to mention her other skins. However, she’s scheduled for a price reduction further ahead in the year so you may want to wait. By the time her price is reduced it’s probable that you’ll be able to gather the required 4800 IP; though you’ll miss the sales.
Both Sona and Anivia are better unlocked with IP due to their low price. As they have some nice skins those’re RP better spent towards unlocking them. If you are in rush you can benefit from the discount but their skins may still take a while to go on sale anyway.
