Conclusion:
Nidalee may dress as a fetish but stays attractive not just in looks. For a low price you get an enticing feline maid with a knack for throwing dusters; instead of using them. Regardless, when looks and value meet like these you can forgive a few issues and impalements.
Jack of Hearts Twisted Fate and Dynasty Ahri have wildly different concepts and name lengths. The former is quite simple in its adaptation of a heart suit and may also pass for a lovely present. The latter has an interesting Korean style but doesn’t look very exciting. Still, they offer good themes that may interest fans of the champions.

Conclusion:
If you want to drown IP farming and leave its body floating at the shore then Fizz is your catch. His skins aren’t particularly great but aren’t bad either plus may take a while to go on sale; especially Fisherman Fizz. Still, there’s no better option this week to complete a champion roster.
Neither Karma nor Malphite are worth unlocking with RP. They have some nice skins but being their IP prices so low there’s little reason not to invest RP in their skins instead. Unless you simply can’t live without you spiritual guide and meditation rock then better rely on IP.

In a year it should definitely go on sale again. However, as it has only been on sale once in 2013 since 2011 it has better chances of being discounted. Unfortunately, we can’t give you more exact information.
