Conclusion:
In spite of this sale including a couple of recent and interesting skins the general feeling isn’t really one of awe. The three skins offered are good but for one reason or another fail to stand out in terms of value. Let’s give them a look.
To start with, Wildfire Zyra is a skin that provides a lot: new models and particles for Zyra, her plants and abilities. Unfortunately, quantity isn’t directly related to quality and so each of those additions isn’t the best it could be. On the whole, it’s quite a complete skin but one with issues. Fans of Zyra would enjoy it but they’ll have to excuse its lack of polish.
Headhunter Rengar shares some of the problems that ail Wildfire Zyra. The skin has a nice backing concept and some attractive characteristics: like Thrill of the Hunt’s particles. Sadly, the aspect is rather muddy and lacks impact which added to the new golden particles, take away some of Classic Rengar’s viciousness. All in all, it’s a good idea but that wasn’t implemented in the best of ways.
For something more militaristic Commando Jarvan IV delivers but not as well as it could. While his uniform is well designed, and the lance styled as a combat knife is eye-catching, the excessive decoration detracts from the aspect to the point of mocking the source material. If you don’t take the skin seriously it can be appealing but if you’d like something sensible, Commando Jarvan IV may not be the one.

Conclusion:
This week, to cut IP farming in one decisive strike you can trust in Darius’ skill. He gives the best value to avoid farming and speed the completion of a champion roster. In terms of skins, he has a few interesting choices but it’s still too early for a sale of Woad King Darius. Besides, Lord Darius was already discounted on March and Bioforge Darius will take a while to go one sale. Regardless, if you want to be prepared now is a good chance to start practising with the guillotine.
Rumble can be a good option too; if you don’t usually accumulate much IP. Nevertheless, 4800 IP might not be outside of everyone’s reach. On top of that, Bilgerat Rumble was discounted last May. Thus, unless you don’t gather much IP or would like to be ready for Rumble in the Jungle, you can pass.
Finally, Anivia’s reasonable IP price makes a purchase questionable at least. In fact, it would be better to reserve RP for some of her appealing skins. Bird of Prey and Hextech Anivia were already on sale this year but Noxus Hunter shouldn’t be forgotten. The same can be said about Blackfrost, which makes relying on pure IP a better idea.
