Conclusion:
The demonic appearance and heavy armour are a good match for the Minotaur and present Infernal Alistar as a dangerous enemy. The problem is that at this price more than a few yellow particles for Pulverize are necessary to excel. It’s still a nice option for fans of Alistar but the Infernal part could be more developed.
The militaristic Noxians wouldn’t leave a talent like the Sinister Blade to escape its ranks. High Command Katarina shows how far in the army she can get thanks to her skill. Aside from the new clothes and blades there’s nothing more to be found but the concept and execution are fine indeed. The design has some questionable choices but it’s a great option for the Sinister Blade.
Straightforward but cheap is Freljord Rammus. The model changes adapt his aspect with a layer of frost but, aside from new Powerball particles, the implementation stops there. The concept has potential for more, even at this low price, so it’s a skin that, while acceptable, could offer more.

Conclusion:
The Moon sees all that the night tries to hide and saving IP is something that people try at all times. Her avatar, Diana, would gladly eliminate the need for IP expenses but she’ll need RP. Alternatively, Vladimir can also help in that regard, economy has much in common with hemomancing: you have to carefully use your resources. He only asks for RP if you want his help; which comes as a relief. Lastly, the Master of Metal has other concerns nowadays so IP isn’t something he’s worrying about. Regardless, Mordekaiser’s IP price is reasonable enough that it shouldn’t pose much of a problem.
The Moon’s avatar has already done all she can this year with respect to market presence. In April, the Dark Valkyrie soared over the battlefields and, in February, her lotus tribute to the Lunar Goddess gathered everyone’s attention. Until the Moon designs a new enterprise for Diana we’ll have to be patient to see her again here.
With the recent announcement of a future sale on Vladimir’s Soulstealer tendencies this could be a good time to catch the Crimson Reaper if you aren’t swimming in RP. That aside, it was March when his Marquis elegance dazzled the market and June 2014 when the Count last visited so we should be hearing from this aristocrat soon.
The changes he had to go through these days haven’t changed the Master of Metal’s style. In May, it was his Infernal armour and March his Lord’s that got a sale. This speaks bad news for us: as it was July 2014 when he last turned a city into dust in full Pentakill excess we are bound to see the band again soon. Brace for impact everyone.
