Conclusion:
Not even a full re-model or a particularly good joke Surgeon Shen is a skin that falters in its execution. The appearance is simple and there isn’t anything that helps make the theme more attractive. Fans of Shen will find that there are better options but if you have a liking for the medical side there could be something for you here.
Unappealing and rude, Superfan Gragas may suit the Rabble Rouser but does little to actually be of interest. It’s only a re-model and, even if technically correct, it ends up as neither funny nor exciting. Fans of Gragas have better options available and so do fans of football. If you find it appealing, know that what you see is what you get.
With an interesting concept but too modest a implementation Mad Hatter Shaco manages a nice style. The Mad Hatter idea is fitting and though the classic base is noticeable the skin realizes the proposed theme. If you have a liking for lunatics in fancy hats then this is a cheap and interesting option despite its simplicity.

Conclusion:
Travel the path of war and leave all IP requirements behind. That is what Hecarim offers if you have the RP to back your words. In case you’d rather hire a different kind of expert then Ezreal is confident that he’ll be able to give a hand; but you need RP. Finally, Gangplank has plundered enough so as not to need much IP; thus, his IP price is rather reasonable.
With Harrowing drawing ever closer it’s no time to lose one’s head and Hecarim knows that well enough. That may be why he has taken care of all his market related affairs already. In May he discounted his Arcade cabinet, in April his Blood Knight armour and in March his Reaper disguise. Then, all that is left is to keep one’s head.
When making a true display of skill Ezreal likes to do it with style. Not one to be late at the market Ezreal has offered his Explorer gear a few days ago and his Frosted make-up in May. Now all he needs is less outdated opposition.
While present this year Gangplank still has some work left to do at the market. In April he appeared with a Spooky sale and in January with an offer worthy of a Sultan. Regardless, we’ve yet to see his militaristic side. The Special Forces and Minuteman uniforms have been gathering dust since October and August, respectively.
