Conclusion:
The set of skins we have on sale this week is rather unimpressive yet they may appeal to those that like something different. Let’s give them a quick look.
Fisherman Fizz is an uneven skin with a wholly new Chomper but only a few extra clothes and a rod for Fizz. The idea behind the skin is realized but it would’ve welcomed a more rounded implementation. It may still convince dedicated Fizz fans even if it’ll struggle to stay funny.
Surgeon Shen also seems to be trying humour without much success. On top of that, the look isn’t particularly attractive. Thus, unless you are a big fan of Dr. McNinja this skin won’t have much to offer.
The lady of the sale is Siren Cassiopeia, who doesn’t manage to realize the potential of its concept. Her appearance has more in common with a sea snake than a mermaid or a proper siren though it’s still nice. Considering her reasonable price it may be worth considering for her fans.

Conclusion:
En garde, Fiora is here and besides helping avoid IP farming she’ll also make sure that teams do their utmost to achieve victory. Rumble may also be a good option to save on farming though Urgot has a reasonable IP price. However, if they don’t do their best they’ll find that Fiora isn’t just skilful with a rapier.
With regards to dresses, Nightraven was on sale on October and Royal Guard on August. There’s a chance that the latter could return but it seems like patience will be necessary in both cases. Therefore, there’s no need to rush as there’s time until the Headmistress arrives.
Rumble in the Jungle was discounted on December so it’s out of consideration. On the other hand, the Bilgerat was last seen on May so it shouldn’t take too long for the sea scoundrel to return.
Finally, on August it was possible to get cheap Battlecast Urgot schematics. If you still need them for a low price it seems like it’ll be necessary to wait. Crabgot is also out of the menu as it’s stayed an unusual sight since October.
