Conclusion:
This week the skins on sale are all quite good but let’s give them a look to see what they offer.
Amethyst Ashe is a fantastic skin with a unique design and appealing purple particles. It’s a skin with a certain amount of stylization yet the result is attractive and unique. A great skin for Ashe fans.
Jurassic Cho’Gath gives a clear first impression even if it isn’t a very believable skeleton. Regardless, the appearance is distinct and the idea of moving a gigantic skeleton has its appeal. So, it’s a nice option to consider.
Hextech Anivia has great looks inspired in steam technology. The aspect is a great departure from her usual appearance. Besides, her design isn’t the most sensible, all in all. Nonetheless, it oozes style and is one of her best skins.

Conclusion:
This week, the best options to complete a champion roster and avoid IP farming are Lulu and Kog’Maw. The former saves more IP than the latter yet both help a lot; unless you amass large quantities of said resource. Conversely, Zilean is better unlocked without resorting to RP as his IP price is rather low.
In terms of skins, Dragon Trainer Lulu has been waiting to be put on sale for a good while now. Wicked Lulu was on sale recently but Bittersweet was last seen last December. Thus, if you have those skins on your sights then purchasing Lulu could be of some help.
Kog’Maw had his Jurassic skin discounted not long ago while Monarch and Deep Sea were on sale around the middle of 2013; so there isn’t much to expect. Finally, the same applies to Zilean, his skins have been on sale already, so they aren’t much of an argument to purchase him.
