Conclusion:
This sale seems like a disappointment in terms of skins due to the unimpressive trio at hand. To start with, Sanguine Garen and Blast Zone Heimerdinger are skins with simple concepts and even simpler executions. The former is a mere re-texture that amounts to little more than Garen in red armour. The latter is just a new hairstyle and colours for the same mad scientist. Both Sanguine Garena and Blast Zone Heimerdinger can appeal to fans of the respective champions but even them will find that the skins don’t add much.
Bloodstone Taric dares to try harder in terms of looks and thanks to that manages a distinct look; yet not one without issues. The concept is surely appealing and makes it the default choice for those that like a less mild-mannered Taric. However, the armour looks plain in places and the textures lack polish. As far as looks go Bloodstone Taric is distinct and interesting. Nonetheless, that hardly excuses its unrefined style. It may be one of Taric’s best options yet that doesn’t make it a great one at all.

Conclusion:
This week looks quite nice for those averse to farm IP. Shyvana leads the charge with her draconic heritage but both Talon and Trundle follow not far behind. Regardless, depending on how much IP you usually accumulate 4800 IP may not be that difficult to reach; even if it isn’t as convenient as lower prices.
Moreover, IP isn’t the only reason to unlock Shyvana as the recent addition of Ice Drake Shyvana demonstrates. While a sale may seem too far in the future her other skins are also rather good. The same could be said about Dragonblade Talon though in his case the others skins aren’t as good looking. Sadly, Trundle’s skins aren’t the best they could be but they are acceptable.
Unfortunately, Darkflame and Ironscale Shyvana were discounted at the beginning of 2013, as well as Dragonblade Talon and Junkyard Trundle. Therefore, if any of those skins are among your interests a sale will probably take a good while. The other skins have a better chance of going on sale but their time is mostly unpredictable; as sales usually are.
