Conclusion:
Soul Reaver Draven is, as any Draven fan could attest, the centre of attention in this sale. Besides being on sale for the first time, it’s also a skin with a good concept and execution that goes an extra step in its quality. If you don’t mind the egomania of this wraith, Soul Reaver Draven is a worthwhile skin.
Crimson Elite Riven is also a good option: the lean and effective designs of her suit, helmet and sword are particularly notable; especially the sword when whole. If you’d like to show Riven’s Noxian side then you can’t go wrong with Crimon Elite Riven.
Lastly, Crimson Elite Talon is an interesting concept with too simple an execution. The Crimson Elite uniform is forced to conform to Talon’s outfit which prevents it from acquiring a unique identity. Overall, it’s not a bad style but it feels a bit lacking.

Conclusion:
No matter where he is Draven has to be the spotlight; so the champion sale would hardly be an exception. Draven stands out not only for the nice amount of IP that can be saved but also due to Soul Reaver Draven’s sale. For just 975 RP both Draven and his release skin can be acquired; which is an attractive deal.
Conversely, neither Katarina nor Urgot are really worth purchasing. Their IP prices aren’t that high, 3150 IP, and their skins aren’t expected to go on sale soon either. That’s not to say that Battlecast Urgot or Sandstorm Katarina aren’t good reasons but in that case IP would be the better option.
