A king from the coldest regions, an entity of arcane stones and an iconic uncle arrive during this weekend’s sale. They don’t seem to be of the patient kind so let’s not make them wait.

Conclusion:
As a Celtic warrior Darius doesn’t find much trouble adapting to this new style. The appearance is down-to-earth though the frost particles are a bit strange. Regardless, Woad King Darius is a modest but well executed skin that is worth considering by fans of the Hand of Noxus.
The earthbound aspect of Runeborn Xerath aims at connecting him more directly to the land he floats over. The green energy and brief new sarcophagus provide a different aesthetic but feels unelaborated. For fans of the Magus Ascendant it could be an option but there are better alternatives.
As an adaptation of a well known American icon Uncle Ryze is effective but also lacking in worldwide appeal. Even those that like the idea will find that the appearance is akin to a parody. It does have a low price, especially on sale, but it’s also directed at a very specific niche.

Conclusion:
Others try, Fiora succeeds when it comes to avoiding farming IP; so the choice is clear. One of those that try is Malzahar and his Void magic means that he’s effective to an extent. One of those that find some trouble is Rammus: he can help save IP but he doesn’t ask for much to start with.
With regards to appearances, Fiora is a duellist able to camouflage in her environment. For example, last July we saw her defying the dark hours in her Nightraven suit. If there’s battle in the pursuit of order then her Royal Guard uniform is ready too; as it was in August, 2013. This means that she should wear that uniform soon but there’s no telling when. In the meantime, she prepares for resuming her Headmistress duties.
The power of the Void reaches far as Malzahar well knows. He’s foreseen the Shadow Prince being captured by said power, last May, and even the armoured Overlord isn’t to escape its grasp; as he saw at the beginning of the year. A Djinn wouldn’t be exempt from the power of the Void either; September proved it. So, the Void will slowly consume all but very slowly.
As an armordillo Rammus needs to adapt to his environment. When he visited Freljord in May he was seen all frosted over. When in March he chose to learn martial arts one could see him dressed as a Ninja. He was even covered in Chrome when he decided to try some new protection in January. What is worth waiting for is his Full Metal version though; last found in July, 2013. It’s time for it to back but, as always, nothing is certain.
