Overview
This week comes with an archer of light, an assassin of the sands and a steampunk chemist. There’s a clear fantastic angle here so let’s give it a quick look.

Conclusion:
As a skin that effectively re-inteprets the core of a champion Arclight Varus opposes his classic self yet maintains his identity. Whether set before his corruption or after his redemption it’s a skin that accomplishes an attractive celestial feel. This makes it a great option for fans of Varus but also for those that like a skin to be more than looks.
With a clear middle-eastern aesthetic Sandstorm Katarina displays an appealing and believable appearance. It’s not without its faults, especially Bouncing Blade’s classic particle, but in general the theme is well executed. Fans of Katarina and Prince of Persia will find it a fine option.
Employing a mix of wood and metal Hextech Singed transforms his aspect with steampunk style. The result is a bit exaggerated but has a nice antique feel. All in all, it’s a fine option for fans of Singed that want a different but recognizable look.

Conclusion:
To avoid IP farming, bury the world in ice. Or at least the farm, Lissandra may be open to make a compromise as she’s the best choice. Of course, you can leave it all on the expert hands of Ezreal; though he isn’t as effective. The remaining option is that provided by Taric. In spite of his gems, he won’t contribute much as he doesn’t require much IP.
Moving on to skins, Lissandra’s Bloodstone dress was discounted on June so it’ll take a while to return. As her only alternative is her Blade Queen outfit, which is too new to arrive at a sale, we find that there isn’t much in her near future.
The multifaceted Ezreal is preparing for his Debonair debut but there’s much more. On June he visited sales as an Explorer and on December Frosted. So, if an icy look isn’t to your liking then Ezreal won’t be of much interest around sales.
How many types of armour can be decorated with gems? In Taric’s case, it’s all of them. Surprisingly, he manages to make them affordable as they sometimes appear on sale. On March he offered the Emerald set and Armor of the Fifth Age. Also, last year saw his Bloodstone set discounted on August. As we approach a year since that time, we can only wait until it comes back on sale.
