Conclusion:
Quite an even offering this tango brings as all skins are alright but not astounding. Of course, if you have a liking for the tunes of the River Plate the tango couple made by Evelynn and Twisted Fate stand out. The tango style is portrayed in general but in such a fantastic way that it’s either too flamboyant or inaccurate.
Tundra Fizz also has his own problem: the concept is realized but it makes little sense and doesn’t come as really funny in the end. All things considered, any of these skins offer enough for their price but they aren’t refined or polished enough to excel.

Conclusion:
Talon should be the target of champion collectors if they want to save quite a bit of time in IP farming. As far as skins go, Dragonblade Talon is the best choice but it was discounted not long; like Crimson Elite, an interesting alternative, so there’s no rush.
Something similar could be said about Trundle as his IP price is rather high; though not as much. His skins aren’t that good but as a unique champion the troll has some decaying charms to offer.
Finally, Twisted Fate is better acquired with plain IP. He has quite a few skins and some are rather good. However, it won’t take many games to unlock him and as his best skin is legacy there’s ample time to unlock him for its return.
