The Skin Super Sale was born as an option in a poll made by Hippalus. This awaited sale places twelve skins on sale which weren’t before offered at a discount. It seems like it’s time to break the piggy bank and count to the last RP.

There are quite a few excellent skins in this sale as well as other interesting options. The recommended purchases are: Guqin Sona, Blackthorn Morgana, Tyrant Swain and Sad Robot Amumu. Either of these skins offer great concepts backed by fantastic implementations.
Other good choices are: Dragonblade Talon, Dragon Fist Lee Sin, Jade Dragon Wukong, Heartseeker Vayne, Battle Bunny Riven and Darkflame Shyvana. They are all fine skins but their concepts or executions have some minor issues that keep them from excelling.
Finally, Fisherman Fizz and Glaive Warrior Pantheon aren’t bad choices but have a few problems. The former is quite modest in both concept and execution, except for Urf, while the latter has an interesting concept that the implementation doesn’t exploit as well as it could have. Regardless, both are nice options for fans of the respective champions.

In terms of IP, Fizz is a good purchase to alleviate farming. However, if we consider that each of these champions have a skin on sale then both Morgana and Amumu become better options; in particular, due to the great quality of the respective discounted skins.
