Conclusion:
This time we find a good set of skins but nothing that really stands out. Fans of these champions will probably find some pleasant themes but the executions aren’t particularly elaborate or satisfying. They aren’t bad options at all but they lack enough to make them special.
Viridian Kayle is only a re-texture but one that accomplishes a novel colour scheme for the Judicator that feels both interesting and familiar. It’s a nice skin for fans but other skins offer more elaborate themes.
Leprechaun Veigar provides a funny adaptation of its theme that doesn’t incorporate elements very naturally yet is good enough. If you like the theme it’s an appealing alternative but there are better fits for his villainous personality.
Pentakill Mordekaiser is an interesting adaptation but the underlying classic elements and straightforward implementation make it good but not really great. Lore fans will find it an attractive option that offers some insight into his extra-league activities but it doesn’t reinforce his mysterious personality much.

Conclusion:
Viktor is the only choice for those that want to join the great evolution and leave the fields of IP farming behind. Those people will also find Full Metal Viktor a great choice but waiting for its sale may net enough IP anyway.
In the case of Sion and Evelynn there’s little reason to choose RP over IP to unlock them as they are both rather cheap. They both have interesting skins, especially Evelynn, but it won’t take much to gather enough IP to get them and save RP for their skins.
