Conclusion:
This sale offers a trio of great skins that offer wildly different yet nonetheless appealing concepts; from sci-fi to fantasy. In addition to this, the skins are spread among different prices yet keep a good level of quality so this is a sale worth giving a good look, let’s see.
The sale opens with Nemesis Jax as a rather believably equipped warrior. There is a certain level of stylization but the overall look remains plausible. Unfortunately, the mute colour palette also homogenizes his look but at least the particles rescue the visuals with a touch of purple. All in all, it’s not a perfect skin but it certainly is an attractive option when summoning the Champ.
The lady of the sale sports an imposing suit of armour that leaves little to the imagination. The image of a stoic defender is clearly delivered but one could question the high-heeled boots and uncovered right arm. Regardless, it’s a skin that fits Leona perfectly and grounds her theme while keeping her essence intact. As far as armour suits for Leona go, Defender is definitely a good choice.
Closing the skin sale we find Galactic Nasus mixing sci-fi and Egyptian mythology. The Stargate reference is hardly subtle yet that doesn’t make the skin any less interesting. In fact, it’s a skin that finely adapts the flavour of the Curator with some minor model changes and some good textures. Galactic Nasus offers a fresh take that remains appealing despite its humble nature. Nasus and Stargate fans will find much to like in this cheap option.

Conclusion:
In life there are things more transcendental than IP farming and sometimes a healthy dose of cataclysmic power puts everything in its right place. This week, Syndra is the best option to complete a champion roster but just that. As Justicar Syndra was recently discounted this sale doesn’t offer anything for skin fans.
Malzahar can also be a good option for avoiding the IP farm but if you usually gather a lot of IP his price may not seem that high. In terms of skins, Shadow Prince and Overlord were already discounted this year. If you are on the lookout for a Djinn it could be a sensible purchase but if you have other wishes you can pass.
Finally, Malphite has quite a good array of skins so, seeing as his IP price is so low, it’s better to reserve RP to unlock them. Sadly, Marble, Coral Reef and Obsidian Malphite were already discounted this year and Glacial Malphite by the end of last year. Thus, while the latter could be an option it won’t take much IP to be prepared when it reaches the sales.
