Conclusion:
Two interesting options and one that leaves a bit to be desired are what this sale offers. Let’s give them a quick look.
Koi Nami is an alternative vision of Nami that bases her on decorative koi instead of traditional fish. The first impression can be of a mere re-colour but the skin does more than simply changing her aspect, thanks to its goldfishes and flute melody. All in all, it’s the same Nami but seen from a different angle; which isn’t bad at all.
Augmented Singed embraces Zaunite unrestrained experimentation and exposes its effects on the Mad Chemist himself. The result mixes a serious and modern look that seems practical yet doesn’t sacrifice a good aesthetic. On the whole, it can simply be seen as a futuristic Singed. So, while that is hardly a bad thing it isn’t exactly innovative.
The last option of the sale is Lumberjack Sion: a skin that looks like Hextech Sion with normal clothes. As such, it barely diferentiates itself from the aforementioned skin; furthermore, the general aspect is rather drab and unexciting. To be fair, it’s a skin that doesn’t offer much besides a Tin Woodman reference.

Conclusion:
The best champion incorporations to avoid farming a good amount of IP are Graves and Brand. Singed’s low IP price makes a purchase not the best of options: RP might be better reserved for his skins. Speaking of which, let’s see what they have to say about this.
Pool Party Graves is rather new to be discounted anytime soon. Moreover, the rest of the Outlaw’s skins have already been on sale. The same happens with Brand, all of his skins have been discounted on 2013. The exception is Singed: while Hextech and Mad Scientist have been on sale Surfer hasn’t since last December.
Additionally, Augmented Singed is currently on sale so it makes for an interesting combination. Regardless, it shouldn’t take much effort to gather enough IP to unlock him. Although, if you are reserving your IP or don’t have much time this week the sale sure comes in handy.
