Conclusion:
This weekend gathers a group of skins with a certain predilection for covering their faces. Whether it’s stealth or protection there’s probably something for everyone; let’s give them a look.
Shockblade Zed takes a more conventional approach for a shadow ninja with a dim layer of electric current underneath. The appearance is lacking some impact and can seem a bit derivative but it’s also appealing and provides something new for Zed. On the whole, it’s a good choice for fans of the Master of Shadows or ninjas in general.
Little Knight Amumu is effective as a caricature but the skin doesn’t do much beyond the minimum to display such an image. The armour looks quite plain as it’s rather simple. It’s not actually a bad concept but the execution isn’t as satisfactory as it could be. While it’s not a bad choice for Amumu’s fans there are better options for the Sad Mummy.
The case of Undertaker Yorick is quite straightforward because it follows his classic theme but from a different and cleaner angle. The aspect is classy with a touch of extravagance but manages to be attractive. The design could’ve been finished in a better way as some elements seem whimsical but that can be part of its eccentric charm. All in all, it’s certainly a good option for fans of the afterlife and the Gravedigger.

Conclusion:
When the moment comes to choose a good addition for a champion collection the prospect of getting two for one is definitely attractive. That’s the case of Quinn and Valor: two champions and at a discount; so to speak. Marketing aside, besides saving on a good deal of IP farming there’s also the possibility of incorporating some flaming elements. That’s due to the fact that Phoenix Quinn, and Valor, were on sale during the Freljord event but only at 20% off. Therefore, it’s wouldn’t be surprising to find them appearing in regular sales; though that could take time.
Another good option for a champion roster, unless you amass vast amounts of IP, is Lee Sin. In terms of looks, Pool Party is too new while Muay Thai, Traditional, Acolyte and Dragon Fist were on sale on the first half of 2013. So even if it’s been a while since they were discounted it will probably take a while as many skins are yet awaiting a visit to the sales department. Thus, there’s no need to hurry if you are after a specific skin.
Finally, Karma has a reasonable IP price that makes a purchase less than ideal. It shouldn’t take too long to gather enough IP to unlock her and RP could be reserved for her few skins. In that regard, Sun Goddess was already on sale but Sakura hasn’t. If you fancy some Japanese style and a supportive lady then there’s something for you in the horizon. Still, by the time she’s here chances are you’ll have enough IP so as not to worry.
