Overview
Cold blades, a dragon shield and blue-green armour appear in this week’s sale. It seems like the discerning warrior should find something of interest. Then, let’s rummage through the armoury and see what we find.

Conclusion:
With a practical and attractive suit improved by ice protection Frostblade Irelia is a skin with a distinct style. The new particles make sure of rounding its identity so that there are no doubts about the ice theme. The result is certainly appealing so fans of the Will of the Blades and ice-based skins will find Frostblade a very nice option.
When fighting dragons one should grab as much protection as possible but the moderate armour exhibited by Dragonslayer Pantheon seems lacking for its purpose. The same can be said about the particles, animations and sounds: they are different in some cases but few actually stand out. For its price, it’s a skin that doesn’t do as much as it could or should. Still, fans of the Artisan may find it a different, albeit expensive, alternative that is better caught on sale.
As far as re-textures go Viridian Kayle tries to be more than a re-colour even if it can’t escape such a destiny. For the most part it provides a different colour scheme that stands on its own but doesn’t really go far enough to realize a different style. It’s the same armour but with different decoration. For its price, it’s an acceptable skin for the Judicator.

Conclusion:
Farming is something that a plant-lady like Zyra should have some special knowledge about. For that reason, if you have the RP she can help save IP and avoid the IP farm. In case you are the mischievous type you can get the aid of Wukong and he’ll gladly be there to help save IP; if it’s not a decoy while he leaves with your RP. Finally, Karthus isn’t exactly lively when it comes to IP but as his IP price isn’t too high it shouldn’t be too much trouble.
This February we met the Zyra’s Haunted statue and realized that it was discounted as well as having an uncanny resemblance to her. What she has left for this year is a display of might akin to Wildfire. She has reserved such an occasion since December 2014 but we ought to see it again soon enough.
August saw the ever interesting Jade Dragon armour by Wukong on sale and in April it was his fiery Volcanic approach to battle that was available at a reduced price. This would mean that we should be expecting to see him dressed as a General at the market selling uniforms at a lower price; the army always welcomes a bit of extra money.
It was May when we heard of Karthus’ involvement in just another Pentakill disaster. Even if tickets were discounted a levelled city doesn’t seem justified. It could’ve been worse, the Grim Reaper could’ve appeared and offer discounted trips to the other side as he did in February. Perhaps it’s not that bad, we could’ve ended with a Statue of Karthus and we know well enough that he’s stiff enough to make for a good model. Next August we can celebrate the year anniversary of the Statue away from sales by the way.
