Lunar Revel can be felt in the air but you can also hear the tunes of tango as well as notice a particularly pointy spear flying through it. Better give a quick look at the responsible parties.
Glaive Warrior Pantheon is a skin that presents the Artisan of War as a well armoured Dacian knight. However, such a look isn’t well represented due to specifically subdued colour palette. It’s a skin that manages to provide an appealing look but one that is uneven.
Lion Dance Kog’Maw has multiple additions that execute its theme well albeit inconsistently. That’s due to the coexistence of both fireworks and caustic fluids. The result is good at a glance but also shows its age. Nevertheless, it can be a nice option while on sale.
Tango Evelynn is a simple yet attractive skin. The dress and roses don’t stand far from her classic aesthetic but they accomplish a charming appearance. It may not be a revolutionary skin but it provides nice looks for a low price.

Conclusion:
Charge and pin enemies to a wall while avoiding a good deal of IP farming thanks to Sejuani and Vayne. Aside from these fine ladies the Eye of Twilight can prove an acceptable purchase if you are in urgent need of ninja skill. Regardless, his reasonable IP price means that it shouldn’t take too much trouble to unlock him without an RP expense.
Moving on to skins, Bear Cavalry Sejuani still has a long wait ahead to reach a sale. Sabretusk and Darkrider have a better chance having been discounted on August and May respectively; though they could take some time nonetheless.
Hearseeker Vayne was on sale a few days ago, Aristocrat on the beginning of December and Dragonslayer in early November. Vindicator is the one with the highest chances yet it can still take a while due to having been discounted on June.
Finally, Blood Moon Shen’s late November sale ticks it off nearby sales. The same can be said about Warlord, discounted on late October. Surgeon Shen might probably be discounted soon as it hasn’t reached a sale since last February.
