Conclusion:
This week presents a set of great skins with very different concepts but certainly good executions. While all of these skins are great choices there are a few things to note about them. Let’s give them a closer look.
Headhunter Master Yi offers a dark and even aggressive aesthetic for Master Yi that stands out from the usual sword-master. The model is quite appealing but the particles don’t impress like they used to: Alpha Strike looks shallow and Wuju Style no longer flames. In spite of the impact of the visual upgrade it’s a skin that stays attractive even if it didn’t wholly improve.
Glacial Malphite nicely transforms rock into ice while wrapping it all in rather eye-catching but sensible visuals. Not only is the model elaborate but its reflections clearly display the frost. Additionally, the new particles, animations and sounds effectively further the theme. Glacial Malphite is a good skin but on sale it’s a fantastic choice.
Atlantean Fizz is a modest skin with a simple concept yet one that is still interesting. The aquatic design that permeates the skin is clear but also limited to the armour and trident; the only additions. The result is good looking but hardly striking. Regardless, for its price it’s a fine alternative to Classic Fizz.

Conclusion:
If you want to evolve beyond IP consumption then join forces with the Void Reaver. Kha’Zix is the best purchase to complete a champion roster faster but, unfortunately, just that. Mecha Kha’Zix was already on sale recently and no other skin has been even announced for him. Therefore, in terms of skins there isn’t much to get excited about.
Brand can be an option if you don’t habitually gather much IP. As far as looks go, Cryocore and Vandal Brand were already on sale on 2013 but Apocalyptic Brand hasn’t been discounted in almost a year. Additionally, Zombie Brand will probably be made available again this Halloween so, to play it safe, now is a good opportunity.
Lastly, Shen is better unlocked with simple IP instead of RP. He also has a varied assortment of skins of which Blood Moon and Surgeon were on sale this year. Then, Warlord Shen could be discounted soon but it wouldn’t take much effort to unlock Shen with IP. Unless you are completely averse to farming, it’s better to leave RP for skins.
