Fans of mafiosi and cowboys will find a couple of nice offers in this weekend sale. Mafia Miss Fortune finely embodies the style of 1920’s Chicago and she also packs a couple of typewriters from the region. If you like fine dressed ladies that know how to carry themselves then this Miss Fortune won’t disappoint.
Longhorn Alistar is a cheap option with a clever irony as its base. The skin isn’t an innovation in looks but accomplishes its aim well. For those that like ingenious concepts and trampling minotaurs this is a great choice.
Emumu provides a clever concept but its execution is so simple that it hardly seems worthy of its price. A few clothes and minor aesthetic changes are all that separate this skin from the classic mummy look and it certainly isn’t much. Dedicated Amumu fans may want to consider it but there are better options for him.

Conclusion:
Lulu is the best choice to save precious time from IP farming but it isn’t the only reason. This yordle sorceress has a very nice set of skins that make for a truly fun time polymorphing adversaries. Her skins may take a while to go on sale but they are worth the wait; though that may mean enough IP has already been accumulated.
Getting Miss Fortune is a tempting option due to her nice skins and moderate IP price; not to mention her unique personality. Mafia Miss Fortune surely is a good argument but you may want to disburse IP instead so as to invest on her attractive wardrobe.
Finally, Heimerdinger isn’t really worth spending RP considering his IP price. On top of that, he doesn’t have any really spectacular skins so there’s little reason to rush. Besides, Piltover Customs Heimerdinger may be his best skin but being on sale last January removes any hurries.
